Adam Furlough is VP of Sales & Delivery for Advent Resources, creator of Advent Advantage, the most sophisticated all-in-one car sales system for dealers. Adam is responsible for project implementation, with a laser focus on improving the car buying and selling experience for automotive dealerships and their clients.
Over a decade ago, Adam began his professional career in customer support and retention as Operations Manager at American Customer Care, a large-scale call center BPO. While at American Customer Care, Adam managed customer retention for Guthy Renker and the company’s high-profile brands, such as Wynn Hair Care, Proactive, and Meaningful Beauty, among others.
He then joined EverGrow Marketing in the role of Director of Operations, where he established the Customer Support, Retention, and Sales Department which was successful for maintaining a 40% customer retention rate in just 18 short months; exceeding sales goals by 25% monthly; and increasing cold call averages by 20%. What’s more, Adam was instrumental in managing and overseeing the launch of a bilingual sales department.
Prior to joining Advent Resources, Adam was Director of Call Center Operations for SleepScore Labs, a sleep tracking app and hardware device designed by parent company, ResMed. At SleepScore Labs, Adam developed all internal support processes for the company, managing the implementations of Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, and Five9. He also established, managed, and scaled an outsourced BPO team as the company worked through the public launch of its products.
Today, Adam puts his superior customer experience, operations, and sales acumen to work for Advent Resources, to ensure that dealers maximize the company’s end-to-end digital sales system to capture profitability at every turn, in the most efficient way possible.
Adam currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife Samantha and their 2 ½ year-old son. He enjoys spending time with his family, cars, exercising, and adding to his sneaker collection.
