We are always on the lookout for awesome people with Auto Dealership experience to work for our software company! We have 2 positions that we typically pull from the Auto Dealership world:
1) Installers: These people go out to dealerships in teams to install, train and support our dealers when implementing our software. The job requires heavy travel. So if you like to go to new places and meet new people, this may be the job for you. We hire nationally for this position!
2) Help-Desk Support: These people work out of our San Pedro, CA office, so only Local LA folks need apply. They provide phone support to our dealers. The job is about 50% phone support and 50% email/report support.
Both jobs require great people skills; customer service/trainer experience is a plus. If you have Dealership Finance Office experience – it’s a double plus!
