Software Developer :
Advent Resources seeking applications for Software Developer.
Develop, create and modify applications to provide software solutions for auto dealership operations:
Analyze user requirements and design and develop within set time constraints.
Design and develop new features and migrate existing finance and insurance software applications into web-based services.
Apply advanced, low-level C concepts including multithread, fork along with MySQL into designing a robust system.
Use bash scripting and Unix/ Linux commands for automating repetitive tasks.
Use PHP and MySQL for backend programming to integrate the existing system with third party services.
Design, develop, test and assure the quality of software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
Work in an agile team to improve scalability, performance and efficiency of systems.
Design, implement and maintain tools, libraries and infrastructure components.
Work collaboratively and communicate clearly and efficiently with engineering, operations and customer support departments to design, build and maintain the system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. In lieu of bachelor degree, employer will accept 3 yrs postsecondary study towards such degree
- Education must include C programming, Unix/Linux operating system and shell command line, and MySQL is required
